Thousand Oaks residents were caused to flee late last night after a shocking temblor hit the area. The strength of the quake was initially reported as a significant 5.5 by seismologists, causing widespread damage. The epicenter of the quake was located approximately ten kilometers southeast of the city center. Reports indicate that several buildin
